When buying a helmet, it is very important to make sure it meets or exceeds DOT standards.
MSR Motorcycle Helmets
The MSR helmet ideal for me is the Velocity. We like to take longer trail rides, so the lightweight polycarbonate shell is less load for my neck to support while bouncing along the trails. Ventilation is most crucial for me as I tend to overheat easily. The camo graphics give it a stealthy look, perfect for any rider trying to blend in.
Answer Motorcycle Helmets
The Comet is Answer Racing’s response to the MSR Velocity. With its durable injection molded polycarbonate shell, it's also well ventilated. It comes with the ABS mouth vent and closable rear top vents. The snap-in liner is removable and washable with moisture-wicking fibers. The black and white design makes this helmet look stylish, sleek, and
Scorpion Motorcycle Helmets
The VX-24 Hellraiser comes equipped with trademarked AirFit technology. The Scorpion also has a large eyeport to accommodate most goggles while allowing for wide visibility range. Edgier graphics give this helmet a tougher look.
Sparx Motorcycle Helmets
The Sparx Shotgun is constructed of a lightweight thermal composite, is DOT-approved, has removable and washable liners, and comes with a bonus spare peak. True ventilation channels cool the head of any quad rider on a warm summer day on the ATV trail. If you're wanting to rock a "slayer of all things" look, this design is just right.
Choosing For You
These helmets are in the same price range. The graphics are all so attractive, any of them will make a quad rider look good while traveling down those four-wheeler trails. Remember to ensure it meets or exceeds DOT safety standards.
