Return Policy
At Midwest Traction, we strive to provide a customer-friendly return policy. If you need to return or exchange an item, please call one of our representatives at 1-855-681-8326 to coordinate the return and obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Some things you need to know:
- We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt, with the exception of tire chains that do not fit. These must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt
- We do not charge a restocking fee
- Items returned must not have been mounted or put into service in any way
- Items must be unused, undamaged/uninstalled and clean. Tire chains cannot be driven on, rusted or corroded
- All hard parts, tools and electronics must be returned in the original manufacturer’s unopened packaging
- Any opened box items where packaging has been destroyed or removed cannot be returned
- Warranty issues on all items sold by Midwest Traction are handled by the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Midwest Traction will direct you to the appropriate manufacturer representative
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping charges cannot be refunded
- Items that are returned to us as “refused delivery – return to sender” will have the return shipping deducted from the refund amount
- Items returned after 30 days, may be subject to a 25% restocking fee
- Please allow 24-48 hours from the time the item is received for the credit to appear on your account
