Do the parts you sell have a warranty?
The manufacturer’s warranty for all products will vary. Midwest Traction wants to find a reasonable solution for all parties as it relates to material defects. The following are not covered by any warranty: road hazards, tire punctures/cuts, improper inflation/mounting/dismounting or overloading, wrecks, or collisions. The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover for normal wear and tear and excessive mileage. Generally parts are covered for a product defect. Midwest Traction will not cover loss of time or loss of use, incidental or consequential damages, installation fees and supplies.
There are no warranties, express or implied, of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nor are there any warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. All goods are sold and delivered as is. Midwest Traction makes no representation or promise with respect to the quality or the anticipated performance of the product.
