What do I do if I find that the part that I ordered is defective or damaged?

You should contact Midwest Traction right away at 1-855-681-8326 and advise them of the specific issue and/or defect.  Be prepared to provide at least 3 clear, electronic/digital photos showing the entire part, a close up of the defect, and a close up of the product name and any specifications including the date code if it is a tire. Please be sure to keep the original package/shipping package as well.
